Overview

Twitter Flight School (now X Ads Academy) was designed to help businesses learn how to strategically advertise and run campaigns on Twitter. Learners could earn badges for completing the series.

When Twitter Flight School existed, it was a part of the Global Business and Scaled Education team. I contracted with this team to develop a series of e-learning modules in Articulate Rise. Custom interactions were created and embedded by using Articulate Storyline. For this project, my particular focus was on developing the learning design and actual courses in the Start Advertising on Twitter series, which included the following courses:

Twitter basics, brand content strategy, and safety guidelines.

Build confidence with Ads Manager to take campaigns to the next level and reach marketing objectives.

Optimize placement, targeting, and timing to meet goals.

Use Twitter to grow your business and implement an effective advertising strategy.

It is possible to sign up for X Ads Academy and preview some of the still-existing content from the series.

Upon completion, learners earned badges from Twitter Flight School. Badges served as a fun incentive for completing courses and displayed competency in the course learning objectives.
