The Security Vulnerability Management course was developed in Articulate Storyline 360 with images edited in Adobe Illustrator and videos created in Camtasia. Over several months, I collaborated with security teams, engineers, and other subject matter experts across the organization to create the learning objectives and course structure. After storyboarding content, digital assets, assessments, and various branching scenarios, I developed the e-learning experience you see below.

Learners use an elevator in the Oracle building to travel between floors and are guided through the course lessons by Erin, Misha, and John. Each character represents a certain security-related role in OCI. The characters share information as subject matter experts in particular areas. Along the way, learners have interactive opportunities to guide their own learning by selecting which floors they'd like to visit, listening to audio descriptions upon command, and must complete several applied-practice assessments in order to pass the training. Erin, Misha, and John ensure the learner's success by guiding them to the end and setting a fine example of Oracle's friendly and helpful culture.
